Webinar Provides Tips on Recruiting and Retaining Top Talent with Voluntary Benefits

Purchasing Power partnered with Employee Benefit News and Employee Benefit Adviser to provide employers and brokers with information and examples on how adding voluntary benefits, especially non-traditional voluntary benefits, to a total rewards package can help companies stay competitive in recruitment and retention and control costs simultaneously.

Last month, Elizabeth Halkos, Purchasing Power’s Chief Marketing Officer, hosted the web seminar which focused on innovation as the key to staying competitive, especially during the country’s ongoing economic recovery.

She also helped participants understand the scope of voluntary benefits offerings and the advantages of offering them; reviewed best practices for successfully communicating benefits to employers; and stressed that as the workforce becomes increasingly diverse, it becomes even more important to offer and communicate benefits that meet a variety of employees’ needs.
