Our commitment has always been to help employees make responsible purchasing decisions. We do this by having a sound spending limit policy to help reduce the likelihood of participants overextending themselves financially. On June 30, 2011, we successfully implemented improvements to the Purchasing Power website to better communicate individual spending limits to provide an enhanced experience for all customers.
We are also testing the need for maximum order limits. With our spending guidelines more clearly communicated, we are investigating whether the need for the maximum number of orders is necessary.
In the meantime, we will better communicate the number of outstanding orders and the maximum order limit in these website improvements as well.
