When I read Roger Sitkins article in the August Rough Notes on how the best producers get better, I felt it to be a must-read for all brokers. So it seemed to make sense to recap the article’s highlights in this month’s Sales Tip.As he begins the article, Sitkins asks himself: “How do the best get better? More important, what do these top producers do to keep getting better? He points out that there’s a big difference between getting better and continually improving. Producers in the top echelon of their profession never stop growing. They refuse to coast.
