Purchasing Power has recently launched its updated Return Policy to maintain typical standards for the ecommerce retail industry. We assess marketplace trends and feedback from customers in order to establish the best and most appropriate policy for each of the categories of products we sell.
Most items in new, unopened condition (i.e., manufacturer seal is not broken) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full credit or refund, excluding shipping fees.
In addition to the 30 day return policy, we do not have any restocking fees, nor do we have a limit on the number of returns a customer can make in a year. There are some items that have a modified return policy and it will be clearly communicated to customers on the product specifications page and in their order packet.
