The holiday season is traditionally a gift-giving season. This holiday season Purchasing Power employees have made their list and are checking it twice, putting the needs of others at the very top of their list.
The Atlanta office staff collected over 1,600 pounds of food for the Atlanta Community Food Bank (ACFB). The ACFB provides food to food pantries, community kitchens, childcare centers and night shelters to help low-income Georgians who suffer from hunger and food insecurity.
In addition, employees are giving back by volunteering year-round at Junior Achievement of Georgia. In fact, Purchasing Power just won the Gold Level award once again for company participation for the year in both Job Shadow, fundraising and the JA in A DAY Classroom teaching volunteer hours.
