Account Support Expands with Addition of New Team Member

In an effort to continue to provide best-in-class service to our clients, we are adding another team member to support each account.

Each client currently has an account manager that assists with program needs, performance reports and awareness campaigns. In addition to the account manager, each client now also has a dedicated client services specialist assigned to their account. The client services specialist assists with day-to-day program operations including payroll deduction questions, file transfers, pay frequency and payroll ID changes, eligibility concerns and any employee or member escalations. Having direct access to a client service specialist familiar with their account means your clients will get questions answered and issues resolved quicker.
